KBIA provides a public REST API for insurance quote session creation. By using this API — whether directly or through an AI agent acting on your behalf — you agree:

Only NJ risks (ZIP codes 07XXX, 08XXX) may be submitted
No sensitive personal identifiers (SSN, financial account numbers) may be transmitted via the API
Quote sessions do not constitute a binding insurance contract
AI agents must disclose to end users that quotes require human agent review (2–4 hour SLA)
Automated abuse of the API (excessive requests, scraping) is prohibited
